Wheel Nut Indicators Dust Cap Long Reach Series (WNIDCL)

The WNIDCL series of indicators is a fluoro yellow wheel nut indicator with a dust cap providing additional corrosion protection for bolts and nuts. Available in 17mm, 19mm, 21mm and 22mm sizes and designed in a long reach (37mm) or extended reach (56mm) for wheels with trims or step rings. Made from impact-resistant polyethylene with a melting point of 120℃/ 248℉ our dust cap indicators provide an easy way to detect loose wheel nuts and overheating issues.

Highly Visible Wheel Nut Retainer

Wheel Nut Retainer Double Link Series (WNRDL)

Our double link retainer is made up of 2 linked rings that fit to adjacent wheel nuts and hold the nuts in place. They are fluoro yellow making them highly visible, even in low light. They provide a dual-purpose loose wheel nut indicator as well as a retainer feature. If a wheel nut does become loose the link joining the 2 rings will distort to identify the pair of nuts that need tightening. These retainers are made from copolymer polyethylene with a melting point of 120 degrees Celsius to indicate any overheating problems resulting from braking drag or bearing failure.

The Wheel Nut Retainer Double Link is available in packs of 20 pieces in 32mm, 33mm and 41mm ring sizes.

6-Stud Loose Wheel Nut Locker

WNL Series Available Sizes WNL06-19E, WNL06-21E

Our Wheel Nut Locks are specially designed for 6-stud wheels with trims and step rings. The 6 long, extended reach barrels are linked together as a single piece and fit as a unit onto each wheel. They are conveniently available in packs of 4 in sizes to fit 19mm and 21mm wheel nuts. They are manufactured to the highest quality using copolymer polyethylene and are impact resistant with a melting point of 120℃ (248℉).

As a safety device, this loose wheel nut indicator and retainer creates a resistance between the wheel nuts to minimise movement and prevent them from loosening. The fluoro orange colour makes them highly visible for quick safety checks.

Simple to install - push on for a firm fit. Ease off to retorque wheel nuts then reuse.
