The WNIDCL Series combines a Standard Wheel Nut Indicator with a dust cap and long reach (37mm) barrel, suitable for wheels fitted with alloy wheels, trims or step rings. The dust cap helps protect the nut from weathering, corrosion, and road damage. With a melting point of 120℃, our loose wheel nut indicators serve as an additional visual indicator, identifying possible overheating issues within the wheel such as brake drag or bearing failure.

Our Dust Cap Long Reach Indicators are easy to install. After achieving the correct torque for the wheel nut push the required number of indicators onto the wheel nuts in a pattern, such as all pointing to the centre of the wheel, and they are installed. Then during your pre-start/post-trip safety checks, you can easily see any misaligned, misshapened or missing indicators identifying potential problems with the wheel.

Made from durable polyethylene, our Dust Cap Indicators are long-lasting and offer excellent stiffness and impact resistance. They are nice and bright too in Fluoro Yellow and will help you with vehicle safety compliance, easy and effective maintenance and show you take wheel safety seriously.
