We are located in Helensvale on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia and ship Australia-wide with Australia Post using Parcel Post or Express Post satchels up to 5kg and include tracking.
Orders are packed and posted on the same business day or next business day of receiving cleared payment.
Postage and handling charges are added at checkout.
Delivery time includes handling, postage service selected and receipt of cleared payment and may vary especially during peak periods.
You are responsible for the delivery details that you enter with your order.

Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post satchels up to 5kg include tracking. These satchels are made with 80% recycled plastic and are reusable.

Consumer Guarantees
The Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:
- change your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you don't like or need the product
- have misused the product and have caused or contributed to the failure of the goods, for example, by damaging or misusing the goods.
All claims need to have proof of purchase. The best proof of purchase is a tax invoice or receipt. Others include a receipt number or a credit card statement.
