Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
This Return, Refund and Exchange Policy (Return Policy) applies to the ordering and purchase from this Website and the fulfilment and delivery of Goods from
www.wheelnutindicators.com.au (WNIAU).
Please read the following Return Policy carefully before placing Your Order. This Return Policy contains important information about the process of how You may return any Goods in relation to any applicable law and the Item Condition Policy. WNIAU may from time to time amend this Return Policy without prior notice.
WNIAU will only accept the return of any Goods where it must do so pursuant to any applicable law including the Australia Consumer Law (ACL) or it agrees to do so, in its sole discretion.
Subject to any express requirement in the ACL, authorised returns must be posted with Australia Post with tracking and paid for by the Purchaser and will only be accepted if they are in a saleable condition, or at least the same condition they were in when the Purchaser took delivery of the Goods, as determined by WNIAU in its sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed with WNIAU in writing, returned within 21 days of delivery to the Purchaser.

All costs associated with the return of any Goods is the Purchaser's responsibility.
Goods must be returned within 21 days after the Purchaser receives it and agreed with WNIAU in writing.
You must return the Goods in their original packaging and in the same condition as when You received them. If You don't follow our
item condition policy for returns, You may not receive a full refund.
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the Goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the product description.

To obtain a refund or any other remedy please contact us at
returns@wheelnutindicators.com.au. You will be required to provide proof of purchase from WNIAU. If the reason for return is due to faulty Goods WNIAU needs to be satisfied that the product is faulty, the cause of the fault and that the problem with the Goods was not Your fault. WNIAU reserves the right to have returned Goods assessed within a reasonable time frame to determine this, including whether the Goods are defective or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting.
